Thin seedlings to 12-18 inches apart to allow for proper growth. Water regularly to maintain moisture, but avoid waterlogging. Fertilize with compost or a balanced fertilizer to encourage strong growth. Harvest the young, tender leaves once the plant is established, typically 50-60 days after sowing. This spinach is heat-tolerant and can be harvested multiple times throughout the growing season.
